
Ingredients:

1 t. soy sauce
1 t. cook wine
1/4 t. salt
1 t. cornstarch
(2)
2 T. minced green onion
1 T. minced ginger root
(3)
1 t. soy sauce
1/4 t. sugar
1/2 t. sesame oil
1 t. cornstarch
2 T. water
2-2/3 oz. (75g) beef loin
1/2 lb. (200g) bamboo shoots
1 c. coriander
2 T. vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the beef into strips, soak it in (1) for 10 minutes.
Boil bamboo shoots for 20 minutes, mince it when cool.
Heat oil, put the beef in it and stir-fry with medium heat, take it out when color changes.
Stir-fry (2) with the remaining oil, add minced bamboo shoots, beef and (3). Add the coriander and mix it all up well. Serve.
