
Ingredients:
(1)
1/8 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger wine
1 t. cornstarch
(2)
3 sections green onion
3 slices ginger root
(3)
1/2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
2 T. vinegar
1/2 T. sesame oil
1 t. cornstarch
1/2 cup. water
150 g. sliced tomato
80 g. sliced cucumber
2 T. vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the fish into thick pieces, mix with (1) for 10 minutes and let the sauces and juices sink into the pieces of fish.
Heat the oil, stir-fry the fish, then remove when the color has changed.
Put (2) into the oil that remains. When it is fragrant, add the tomato and cucumber, and quickly stir-fry.
Add the cooked fish and ingredients in (3), mix well, then serve. DELICIOUS!!!!
