Tips for Egg Fried Rice


Ingredients: 2 bowls of rice, 2 eggs, 1 green onion

Auxiliary materials: 1 spoon of table salt, appropriate amount of cooking oil, 1 spoon of chicken powder

practice:
1. Chopped green onions.

2. Beat two eggs. You can add a little bit of water appropriately so that the fried eggs will be tender.


3. Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the wok. Pour in egg liquid.
4. Use chopsticks to quickly cut open.

5. Stir-fry onion and pour rice.

6. On a medium-low heat, stir-fry the rice with eggs and green onions together. Use 2 tablespoons of warm water to boil the salt and chicken essence,pour into fried rice and stir well.


7. Put it into a small bowl and buckle it on a plate.
