Emerald Shrimp

Ingredients:
(1) 1/6 t. salt1/4 t. ginger wine1/2 t. cornstarch 1/3 egg white
(2)1/3 t. salt1/4 t. monosodium glutamate1 cup. water
2-2/3 oz. (75g) shrimp (shell moved)1/2 lb. (200g) broccoli 1 t. chopped garlic3 T. vegetable oil DIRECTIONS:
Clean shrimp, and split them along the back lines. Put into (1), and soak for 10 minutes. Cut broccoli according to its small branches and put it into boiled water for about 30 seconds, then take out and place away from heat. Heat oil, and fry the shrimp with medium heat for about 9 minutes until color changes. Put chopped garlic into remaining oil. When fragrant, add broccoli, shrimp and (2), and mix well. Serve. DELICIOUS!
