Noodles With Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:

1)
3-1/2 oz (100g) sliced mushroom
2-2/3 oz (75g) celery
1-3/4 oz (50g) green peas

1 C. water
2 t. sugar
6 T. tomato sauce
1/2 t. salt
1 t. wine

(3)
1-1/2 t. cornstarch
1 T. water
1-1/4 lb.520g. noodles (dry)
1 T. vegetable oil
2-2/3 oz (75g) onion
1/2 lb. (250g) ground beef
3 T. vegetable oil


DIRECTIONS:

Boil water, put the noodles in, take out until well cooked and add 1 T. oil on it and mix.
Mince the onion and celery, boil the mushroom and peas.
Heat 3 T. oil, stir-fry the onion to fragrant, put the ground beef until the meat separated, add (2), heat to boil.
Thicken the broth with (3), add (1), mix well. Put the mixture into noodles, serve.





Another One:


Noodles With Tomato and Eggs

Ingredients:

Noodles, tomatoes, eggs, salt, MSG, oil, Fasciolopsiasis



Practices:

1, cut two tomatoes into films, and the two eggs smashed with salt, an old Fasciolopsiasis chopped;

2, put oil in the pan, and fried eggs;

3, stir Fasciolopsiasis with hot oil, then put tomatoes and eggs(a little bit of white sugar will be if the tomato flavor is too acid);

4, boile for about five minutes and then fall on the surface bowl, put salt (some more salt), MSG, sesame oil.

5, cooking noodles with water, and then mix with tomato soup, sprinkle parsley, fragrant!







Another One:



Ingredients:

-16 ounce bag Salad Shells -noodles that look like sea shells



-18 ounce can tomato sauce Boil a pot of water and pour half the bag of noodles in.Make sure the noodles are done, and then drain the water .add thet tomato sauce.



Stir
